Refund policy

30 days to return
If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. This includes and extends the 14-day right of withdrawal granted by EU law.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- We need your order number or proof of purchase.
- Contact us before sending anything back: we'll give you the address and the steps. Packages sent without notice can't be accepted.
Return costs
If the item arrived damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. If your bank takes longer to credit it, contact us.
Damaged or defective items
Please check your order on arrival. If it's damaged or doesn't work, send us a photo or video and we'll fix it with a replacement or a refund. You're also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
